Pooyan Ordoubadi is a partner at Lopez-Cobb & Ordoubadi, PLLC. Attorney Ordoubadi attended the University of Maryland at College Park for his undergraduate studies, and obtained his law degree at North Carolina Central University School of Law. He focuses on Immigration Law and Criminal Defense. He has represented undocumented immigrants and legal permanent residents in Removal Proceedings in numerous states around the country. Attorney Ordoubadi also represents clients in criminal proceedings at the state and federal level.
He is licensed in the Middle and Eastern Districts of North Carolina, as well as the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar, the Wake County Bar, and is the Diversity and Inclusion Chair of the Immigration Section of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
